Stylish hotel, clean hotel, with a great bistro area for breakfast featuring Starbucks coffee and close proximity to nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Super friendly staff made my stay awesome

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The staff were incredible, especially Carol and Dot at the front desk—so welcoming. The room was nice and had all the basics. It was great having free WiFi to stream some Netflix. The only bummer was the parking lot was a bit crowded on weekends.

Peaceful, Spacious, Perfect

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and pristine I loved the heated indoor swimming pool-it was a dream to relax in after a day of exploring nearby restaurants. The warm demeanor of the staff, chatting and smiling like we were old friends!

The hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing! We loved the comfortable rooms, and being near the square in Carrollton made exploring local shops and restaurants easy. Carol and Dot at the front desk offered fantastic service that made us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options.

Solo traveler’s nice experience

The staff, all of them, were friendly and helpful. The gym is smaller but I worked out each day after work and was able to get a great workout in.

The location is excellent, with various dining and entertainment options within walking distance.

Room was super clean with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and a coffee maker. The private bathroom had a nice shower. Staff were really friendly, greeting me by name every time I walked through. Location was perfect, with awesome restaurants just a quick walk away. The lobby had a modern vibe too!

The lobby's modern decor was so inviting, it felt like a warm hug! I also loved how easily I could navigate the spaces. everything was accessible for someone like me who appreciates convenience.

More frequent housekeeping for longer stays would be nice.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool was great for relaxing after exploring the local shops and getting ice cream. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were really comfortable. Just a heads up, you might want to check on the gym hours to avoid crowds.

One downside was the bar prices, which felt a bit steep for drinks. $13 for a Crown Royal on the rocks is hard to swallow.
